1. Venue Rules

All participants are required to strictly follow the rules and regulations of the festival venue at all times.

2. Footwear Policy

Only dance shoes or soft-soled sneakers are permitted during workshops, socials, and parties to protect the dance floors and ensure participant safety.

3. Local Regulations

All attendees must comply with current local laws, regulations, and any instructions provided by the organisers or venue management.

4. Personal Belongings

The organisers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unattended personal items left at the venue.

5. Security Checks

For safety purposes, security personnel may conduct bag checks during evening parties. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.

6. Ticket Policy

All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.

In the event of festival cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the organisers’ control, purchased tickets will be refunded accordingly.

7. Wristband Policy

All participants must wear their official festival wristband at all times throughout the event.

Failure to present a valid wristband may result in denied entry by organisers or security staff. Lost wristbands may require the purchase of a new pass at full festival price.

8. Right Of Admission

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or not in the best interests of the festival.

9. Smoking & Zero Tolerance Drug Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside festival areas except in designated smoking zones.

Latin Notion operates under a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal substances. Any participant found in possession, use, or distribution of illegal substances may: Be refused entry – Be removed from the venue without refund – Be reported to local authorities where applicable.

Participants suspected of possessing or supplying illegal substances may be subject to additional security checks in a private area. Failure to cooperate may result in immediate removal from the event.

10. Violence & Misconduct

Any violent, abusive, or threatening behaviour toward participants, staff, artists, or venue personnel will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the festival and involvement of local authorities.

11. Conflict Resolution

Any disputes or conflicts between participants will be handled at the discretion of the organisers, with decisions made in the best interests and spirit of the festival.

12. Property Damage

Attendees causing damage to the venue or festival property may be held financially responsible in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.

13. Workshop Capacity

To maintain a safe, balanced, and high-quality experience, organisers reserve the right to limit workshop capacity where necessary.

14. Artist Line-Up Changes

While the organisers make every effort to deliver the announced lineup, artist cancellations or “no-show” situations may occur due to circumstances beyond the organisers control.

No refunds or reimbursements will be issued due to artist lineup changes or artist cancellations.

15. Media & Photography

By attending the festival, participants acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
